ABSTRACT Active development of the World Ocean dictates the need to intensively develop marine engineering systems, designed to solve a wide variety of scientific research, geological, prospecting, search, and other tasks. Basing on the analysis of scientific works and research in this field, the authors aim to find the optimal mathematical model for increasing the efficiency of such complexes using the example of an underwater unmanned vehicle (UV). As a result, the conclusion is made that the application of mathematical-statistical methods allows correctly and evenly distribute resources (finance, time, labor, etc.), determine the level of innovation, and also more fully and rationally assess the conditions for formation, maintenance and operation of UV. At the same time, the authors especially noted the importance of having qualityrelated solutions within the requirements (standards) of a single system synchronously working at the stages of design, maintenance and operation of marine engineering systems. Keywords: marine engineering systems, unmanned vehicles, mathematical model, physical principles, quality management system, statistical data, scientific research, algebraic solutions.

ABSTRACT The author suggests a 3D model of a railway station, which is the closest to reality in terms of external perception and the essence of the processes. It is shown that an attempt to simplify model operations, not to take into account the technological links of individual processes, basing only on physical analogies, leads to development of non-functional reconstructions. This is a claimed system of model images that only can reproduce the dynamics of movement of cars along the station tracks, as well as can visualize the successive states of objects in their interaction. Keywords: 3D model, railway station, system of model images, physical processes, synergetic properties, empirical characteristics.

ABSTRACT Acceleration of economic growth of many countries, including Russia, through formation of a multiplier effect is largely based on successful implementation of investment programs of transport companies. At the same time, a positive trend should be ensured at all stages of the life cycle of each project. To make conceptually verified management decisions that are clearly oriented by economic theory, it is proposed to use dynamic economic and mathematica l models for substantiating large investment projects aimed at developing transport infrastructure. The article considers options to ensure sustainability of a financial result, depending on implementation of the project with different amounts of financing and different degrees of approach of companies to the conditions of investment equilibrium. Keywords: transport infrastructure, sustainable development, United Nations Commission on Sustainable Development, indicators, Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, investment project, economic and mathematical modeling, Königs-Lamerey diagrams, Hicks-Lindahl concept.

For the English abstract and full text of the article please see the attached PDF-File (English version follows Russian version). ABSTRACT The article proposes authors’ design to reduce the temperature of exhaust gases on the surface of pipelines of the resonator and the catalyst. To do so plates of various geometric shapes and sizes are arranged perpendicularly and (or) at an angle to their longitudinal axis, spaced apart from each other. The expediency of using this variant of modernization of the exhaust system of the internal combustion engine is supported by theoretical and experimental studies, the reliability of which is confirmed with a confidence probability of 0,95. The regression dependencies obtained give grounds for recommending their own order of regulating the rate of cooling of a pipeline that removes exhaust gases, in accordance with their initial parameters and subsequent dynamics of indicators. In addition, during the experiment it was possible to reveal the physical picture of the process of heating and cooling of a pipeline along its length. Keywords: internal combustion engine, theoretical and experimental studies, regression dependencies, cooling system, design, vehicle, temperature.

ABSTRACT The article considers an example of extending the program for information modeling of elements of the metal bridge. Over just the past few years there has been a significant progress and qualitative leap in design of building structures transforming it from twodimensional drawings to information modeling (BIM technology). This transition became possible due to modern software. Unlike the creation of twodimensional drawings and three-dimensional model of the construction in the CAD system, the process of information modeling creates a database that contains information about each element of the building. This approach allows to store and modify information about the object throughout the whole lifecycle of the project. Revit and Tekla are the most popular products in Russia. With their help it takes little time to assemble an information model for a typical building because these programs contain large libraries with the elements. However, when designing a unique building it is necessary to add new elements and plug-ins (extensions) to the program. Plug-ins can significantly reduce the design time. Almost all of the programs for BIM allow the usage of such extensions. Tekla has a very convenient functionality for automation. With this program it is possible to extend the functionality using the Tekla Open API, which uses C# programming language. The article considers the automation process of placing the bolts in the nodes of the main through trusses of the metal bridge. To achieve this, a C# program (plug-in) that performs the placing of the bolts has been created. Examples of dialog boxes created with the help of the Tekla Open API that illustrate the implementation of the proposed algorithm are provided. Keywords: information model, computer-aided design system, BIM-technologies, Open API interface, adaptation, plug-in, truss, node, bridge.

ABSTRACT The current problems of increasing the efficiency of optoelectronic devices with the help of new materials are considered in the article. It is noted that the most promising direction of research is the design of semiconductor materials using the own isotopes of chemical elements. Thus, purification from heavy isotopes increases the speed of optoelectronic devices, quantum efficiency, sensitivity of photodetectors. The greatest effect of isotope purification can be obtained for a nanostructured material (superlattices). This new semiconductor material will create more sensitive instruments for night vision, solar panels, safety systems, medical equipment, ultra-long-range infrared photodetectors. Keywords: optoelectronics, communication, isotopes, purification, quantum efficiency, superlattices.

ABSTRACT The author puts forward some ideas and drfat methods regarding future HSR in Russia, e.g. proposes a methodology for calculating the annual operating costs per 1 train-kilometer that arise when traffic is organized on Moscow-Kazan high-speed rail, depending on the speed and the main resistivity to train movement. Taking into account the coefficient of comfort and on the basis of the multi-criteria choice for an optimum composition of a train, a composition consisting of 12 cars of four classes (one first class car, two business class cars, four economic and five tourist class) with a capacity of 742 passengers was adopted as author’s project suggestion. The dimensions of movement of high-speed trains on HSR are determined, actual data, as well as possible tariffs for fare in cars of various classes, are involved in calculations. The part of conditionally-constant expenses is justified, operational expenses are calculated. The revenue and profits from the sale of tickets were calculated with full mastering of the planned passenger flow. The costs for 1 passenger and 1 passenger-kilometer are shown. Keywords: transport, high-speed railways, high-speed trains, traffic organization, operating costs calculation technique, train composition, passenger flow.
