An integral part of TLS is recognized as a transport and warehouse complex that is as a converter of the material flow of goods on the way from producers of raw and other materials to final consumers of finished products. The development of methods for managing the delivery and transit of goods in cooperation with elements of the transport infrastructure has now become one of the most demanded tasks of transport and logistics services. Optimization of processes in transport systems should be based on obtaining rational decisions, the use of dynamic models and digital technologies. Keywords: road transport, transport and logistics system, freight transportation, transport and warehouse complex, dynamic programming, digital technologies.

The transport system has five main functions: management, organization, planning, regulation and control. In a dynamic and internally connected complex railway transport system, a change in only one position leads to a change in many other components. At the same time, the theory treats management of all objects of the process as a unity of goals at different hierarchical levels, united by strategic decisions, regulatory and operational planning, and through technology of dispatch management. Keywords: system approach, transportation control, system theory, regulatory planning, adjustment measures, non-system management.

The article proposes a new technology that is based on the design of a self-unloading container developed by the authors. It is proved that it reduces the time of delivery of goods by more than 20 % and reduces the operating time of road transport by 7,4 times. This creates a significant economic effect, which allows to quickly recoup the purchase of a self-unloading container in just 14 runs along the calculated route. Keywords: multimodal transportation, self-unloading container, cargo delivery, rolling stock, technology.

These alloys generally belong to the class of wrought, but there is a possibility of their use for shaped casting. In machine-building technologies, copper-iron alloys with alloying additives are promising, providing sufficiently high electrical conductivity in combination with high strength properties, which primarily concerns wear-resistant parts. Studies that allowed to recommend such alloys for the transport engineering technologies were carried out. Keywords: low-alloyed alloys, copper, iron, electrical and thermal conductivity, wear resistance, casting, mechanical and technological properties, resource-saving technologies, smelting, transport engineering, phase analysis.

The problem of rigidity of a three-element frame has long been one of the basic ones. Many scientists suggested installing cross connections, but this design was not always reliable, the cross connection was often simply deformed or broken, because, along with other aspects, it added 150-200 kg to the sprung mass of the bogie. Others suggested to put on the bogie wear-resistant, elastic elements, wheel sets with cassette bearings. Such changes in the design led to an improvement in dynamic performance, but did not solve the main problem. In the published article, the task is to uncover a new idea of modernizing the bogie, which is intended to reverse the trend that marked the transition of domestic cars to Barber S-2-R and Motion Control bogies. Keywords: railway, freight car, bogie 18-100, modernization, guide rollers, dynamics, cross connection, undercarriage parts of a car.

The analysis of the existing international practices was carried out, which shows that in the leading megacities of the world, for example, New York, London, Beijing, Paris, Berlin, there is a state or regional legislation regulating the tariff setting when organizing transportation by taxi. In Moscow, there is no such regulation, and the existing level of tariffs, and accordingly, hourly revenues, do not allow, provided that the work and rest schedule is observed, to ensure the established average salary for drivers in the city. Moreover, the tariffs from the «aggregators» operating on the taxi market can be qualified as dangerous (causing risks of accidents). Keywords: cars, taxi transportation, aggregators, tariffs, methods, hourly revenues, safety, emergency risks, regulatory legislation, international experience in tariff setting.

Meanwhile the current repair should be carried out as current uncoupling repair at the mechanized points of car repair (MPCR). The article, using the theory of probability, the theory of mass service and the theory of integral equations, substantiates the method for selecting location of the MPCR within the railway network, considering reliability of one of the most critical and potentially dangerous elements of the design of a freight car which is roller axle box. The research suggests a local criterion for finding right site for repair points, it is defined through minimum number of freight wagons with faults in the axle box, left unrepaired, during the day when maximum number of wagons entered the workshop for current uncoupling repair because of that fault. Keywords: railway, freight car, roller axle box, reliability, maintenance, placement of repair points.

In particular, it is taken into account that in heavy traffic, locomotives with a large number of sections are used, the speed and travel time for all cargo trains should be the same, and the weight standards should be chosen so as to ensure the minimum cost of mastering the specified traffic volumes. The promising importance of heavy weight trains requires development of technologically substantiated weight standards for those trains, so that those standards should comply with harmonized standards for ordinary trains. So the article offers description of main factors that should be taken into consideration while substantiating weight standards for heavy trains. The authors quote examples of possible variants of weight standards, methods of calculation of mean weights, structure of freight costs for different weight standards for both ordinary and heavy trains. Keywords: railway, heavy trains, weight norms, linear loads, weight standard, distribution of actual train weights, distribution of trains’ lengths.

But this science, which still needs to be created…», - wrote K. I. Konstantinov, a scientist and inventor in the field of rocketry and artillery. He made changes to the design of rockets and launchers, studied various powder compositions. Thanks to him, the production of all types of combat missiles was standardized and took to the assembly line. The range of Konstantinov rockets was four times greater than the old samples. His inventions include Konstantinov pendulum, an electroballistic installation, a chronoscope, a time relay. The famous Russian «Katyushas», which terrified the enemy in the Second World War, are the distant descendants of the rockets created at the Petersburg rocket establishment under the leadership of General Konstantinov. Keywords: theory of ballistics, rocket, artillery, chronoscope, electroballistic installation, Konstantinov pendulum, history.
