INVESTMENTS IN RAILWAY INFRASTRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION
Abstract
Many countries even under crisis conditions aimed their investment policy at construction financing and railway infrastructure enhancing. The analysis made by the author demonstrates the expansion of investment market, both of public and private investments. This strategy merits deeper understanding and support.
