STANDARDIZATION OF SERVICE QUALITY MANAGEMENT

Abstract

Corporate politics in the sphere of service quality management always focuses on the client. However, its specific management tools are in need for modern techniques, and new standards. The authors consider some problems of standardization of service quality management in Russian Railways holding’s companies.
