CRITERIA AND LEVELS OF INVESTMENT PROJECTS
Abstract
The author argues that the conveyance process demands upgrading, better employment of fixed assets and rational approach of investment resources. He outlines the projects of modernization of transport machinery and infrastructure and advocates for modern economic mechanisms, accessible and easy solutions.
