Особого внимания при этом заслуживают проекты обновления и модернизации транспортной техники и инфраструктуры. Нужны более современные экономические рычаги и механизмы, доступные и простые решения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The author argues that the conveyance process demands upgrading, better employment of fixed assets and rational approach of investment resources.
