ASSESSMENT OF ORGANIZATION OF CONSTRUCTION OF RAILWAYS
Abstract
Economic assessment of the construction of railways needs consideration of many factors, comparisons of different variants and effects. Under those conditions, the integrated approach becomes inevitable. The authors compare possibilities of commercial and budget forms of integral effect, showing capacity of investment projects.
