PLANNING VERSUS “MUTUALLY HOSTILE” ROUTES
Abstract
The author poses a problem of the choice of better criteria and methods, which are more fruitful in order to reduce costs and to achieve more organization benefits. Among the possible solutions the author cites scheduling of traffic in the yard, dispatchers’ control of train and switching operations, that are all computeraided. The article contains algorithms of itineraries planning and of checking of their “hostility”.
