INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY OF STATIONS CLASSIFICATION
Abstract
The author studies the changes undertaken by central direction of traffic control of JSC Russian Railways in order to define stations’ classes and types. The article contains a review of existing techniques, concepts and new approaches to compute ranks and rates of station operations and to realize a complete computer-aided assessment scoreboard.
