PERSONALITY AND INDIVIDUAL APPROACH TO PERSONNEL
Abstract
The authors study interdependent factors of personality-based approaches to subordinates, qualities that are necessary for a manager to contribute to the process of staff training in his “own image and likeness”. The authors also consider the issue of corporate training and its part in development of professional skills.
