NEW TOOLS FOR URBAN AGGLOMERATIONS

Abstract

The author studies distribution of passenger traffic by time and by areas in the junctions of transportation network of an urban agglomeration. He proposes some new approaches of zoning if transport infrastructures and strategic management of traffic in metropolitan agglomeration and reviews tools of initialization and of financial support for integrated business projects with public, private and industrial participation.
