MODELS OF THREE-WIRE POWER SUPPLY SYSTEM

Abstract

The author studies the equivalent circuit of traction network of autotransformer system of electric power supply with the voltage in the line between the feeding cable and the rails that differs from the voltage in the line between aerial contact wire and the rails. The article describes circuits for the system 2 x 25kW as a subcase where the number of closed circuits is halved. See the unilateral feeding of feeder zone, the considered variant shows distribution of load by the elements of traction network and allows to manually calculate the sought values for a train in the feeder zone or for a short circuit situation.
