            Abstract
New market conditions in post-soviet area change integrative sectorial dependencies. Interpenetration of the economies of neighboring countries takes different shapes but is mutually advantageous; the example of railways cooperation confirms this trend. The authors propose mathematical model of planning for companies, operating rolling stocks. The model is to increase economic efficiency of operation of railway rolling stock.
