Abstract

The book describes more than a hundred most famous railway stations built in different countries over the past two centuries. It presents their history, biographies of architects and builders from Russia, USA, Europe and Asia, who have created station complexes, and at the same time interesting facts, numerous illustrations, retrospection of railway development.
