Разработана двухуровневая структурно-диагностическая схема обобщенной машины, с помощью которой можно однозначно определить предотказное состояние отдельных систем и конструкции в целом. Техническое состояние машины полностью определяется, если уменьшение энтропии равно ее максимальному значению.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The authors argue that continued monitoring of technical data makes possible to increase operation reliability of train of machines via prompt detection of the conditions of rolling stock that precede failures. The article describes the two-level structural and troubleshooting pattern of generalized machine that serves to explicitly detect the risk of failure for given systems and devices as well as for the vehicle in the large.
