Анализ проблем. Причины неудач при апробации и внедрении созданных проектов автоматизированной системы управления содержанием тягового подвижного состава (ТПС). Накопленный опыт позволяет создать автоматизированную систему, удовлетворяющую всем требованиям бизнеса ОАО «РЖД», которая сможет не только предоставлять различную информацию, но и обеспечивать решение стоящих задач путем синергии экономико-математических методов и современных электронных средств обработки данных.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The author analyzes the experience of designing of computer-aided control systems for locomotive facilities of railways and the problems occurredin approbation andimplementation of the projects of computerized systems of control of traction rolling stock operation. The cumulated experience allows creating a computerized system responding to the demands of Russian Railways business.
