Представленный материал не претендует на полноту, отчего за детальной информацией стоит обращаться к документам-первоисточникам, однако в сжатой форме дает представление о нововведениях как уже вступивших в силу, так и ожидаемых в недалеком будущем. Особое значение при этом придается проблемам безопасности окружающей среды, загрязнения вод и атмосферы судовыми выбросами, экологическим стандартам качества применяемых топливных продуктов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article considers current state of regulatory framework governing fuel production for ship power plants, and its use on vessels. The presented paper does not seek to be fully complete, that's why it is necessary to use primary source documents for detailed information, however, in a concise form, it gives an idea of innovation, which are already in force, and expected in the near future.
