Эта большая, печатавшаяся в двух номерах журнала «Железнодорожное дело» за 1900 год статья инженера Ш., как ни парадоксально, совсем не потеряла своей актуальности. Те или иные ее факты, оценки легко переложимы в контекст современной практики железных дорог, психологии служебных отношений, особенностей производственной бюрократии и социальных проблем трудового процесса.</p><p>Железнодорожное дело. –1900. –№ 23–24, с. 256–259; № 26, с.280–282.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>It is a very long article that appeared in two issues of the journal «Railway business» in 1900 and was signed by «engineer Sh.». It can seem strange, but it still sounds quite modern. The facts and assessments, contained in the article, could easily be transposed into the context of modern railway practices, psychology of labor relations, features of industrial bureaucracy and social problems of labor process.
