Существующие системы организации грузовых перевозок не обеспечивают прослеживаемость, прозрачность, информационную безопасность и неизменность данных, хранящихся и обменивающихся в ходе различных операционных процессов. В результате это негативно сказывается на производительности транспортных узлов.Использование цифровых приложений информационно-коммуникационных технологий (ИКТ) в транспортной отрасли может привести к высокой автоматизации процессов и более экономичным решениям. Грузовые перевозки требуют использования обмена данными в режиме реального времени между различными участвующими в процессе заинтересованными сторонами. Традиционные логистические системы на базе ИКТ используют централизованную архитектуру для размещения и обработки данных и услуг. Однако централизованные логистические системы не могут обеспечить безопасный доступ к данным в режиме реального времени, оперативную видимость и доверие между участвующими организациями.Автоматизация различных функций транспортных узлов с помощью Интернета вещей (IoT) и облачных вычислений может адекватно повысить производительность операций транспортного узла. Эти операции включают автоматизацию интерфейса транспортных средств, контейнерных площадок, внутрипортовой логистики и пункта приёма терминала.Целью исследования является повышение эффективности организационно-функциональной деятельности транспортных узлов посредством цифровизации. Значимыми являются методы применения комплексного подхода, сочетающего определение целесообразности участия портового объекта в обслуживании грузопотока с точки зрения доставки «точно в срок» и экономической целесообразности участия объекта в канале грузопотоков в целях экономии эксплуатационных расходов. Рассмотрены возможности для улучшения процесса путём интеграции информационного обмена между различными участниками с использованием сквозных технологий в транспортных узлах, в частности, концепции блокчейн, для оптимизации операций путём интеграции и обмена информацией между участниками процесса перевозки.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Efficient cargo transportation at major transport hubs its management is critical to global trade. Existing systems for organising cargo transportation do not provide traceability, transparency, information security and immutability of data stored and exchanged during various operational processes. Consequently, this negatively affects the performance of transport hubs.The use of digital applications of information and communication technology (ICT) in the transport industry can lead to highly automated processes and more cost-effective solutions. Cargo transportation requires the use of real-time data exchange between the various stakeholders involved in the process. Traditional ICTbased logistics systems use a centralised architecture to allocate and process data and services. However, centralised logistics systems cannot provide secure real-time data access, operational visibility, and trust between participating organisations.Automating various functions of transport hubs with the help of the Internet of Things (IoT) and cloud computing can adequately improve the performance of transport hub operations. These operations include automation of the vehicle interface, container yards, intra-port logistics, and the terminal reception area.The objective of the research is to increase the efficiency of organisational and functional activities of transport hubs through digitalisation. Significant are the methods of applying an integrated approach that combines confirmation of feasibility of participation of a port facility in servicing the cargo traffic in terms of delivery «just in time» and of economic feasibility of participation of the facility in the channel of cargo flows to save operating costs.
