Именно от перспективной интенсивности зависят расчётная скорость; конструкция дорожной одежды; общее число полос движения; ширина полос движения и обочин; продольный уклон; радиус кривых в плане; поперечный уклон; радиус выпуклых и вогнутых кривых в продольном профиле; ширина разделительной полосы; схема пересечения и примыкания с другими дорогами.</p><p>Существующие методы прогнозирования интенсивности движения для платных автомагистралей также имеют детерминированный характер и не могут служить оценке диапазона значений для перечисленных показателей.</p><p>В связи с этим целью исследования является выявление особенностей, достоинств и недостатков существующих методов оценки перспективной интенсивности движения для платных автомагистралей.</p><p>В процессе исследования рассмотрены как традиционные, классические методики (экстраполяция, исторический анализ, аппроксимация), так и перспективные инновационные подходы, базирующиеся на теории нечёткой логики и нейросетевом моделировании.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Long-term traffic intensity is among core characteristics that determine main parameters while developing projects for construction of new highways. The long-term traffic intensity influences estimated speed, pavement design, total number of traffic lanes, width of traffic lanes and roadsides, longitudinal slope, radii of horizontal curve, transverse slope, radii of convex and concave curves regarding the longitudinal profile, width of median strip, layout of intersection or junction with other roads.</p><p>Existing methods for predicting traffic intensity for toll roads are also deterministic and cannot estimate the range of values for the listed indicators.
