Рассматриваются цели, на которые заёмщики из транспортной отрасли привлекают средства, и требования к предоставлению финансовых и информационных материалов в рамках сделки. Представлены ключевые этапы процесса привлечения синдицированного кредита и функции основных его участников, при этом критерием успешности выступает соответствие полученных результатов целям операции и установленным срокам.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>[For the English abstract and full text of the article please see the attached PDF-File (English version follows Russian version)].ABSTRACT The article analyzes the features of syndicated loans for transport companies. The purposes for which borrowers from the transport sector raise funds, and the requirements for provision of financial and information materials within the transaction are considered. The key stages of the process of attracting a syndicated loan and functions of its main participants are presented, while the success of the project is the consistency of the results with the objectives of the operation and the set deadlines.
